Had a fantastic stay here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We got a room upgrade and bottle of Prosecco for her birthday which was greatly appreciated. The hotel is a fantastic location less than 10 minute walk to the main square. The reception staff also couldn’t have been nicer!

perfect location, very accommodating staff. we booked 10minutes before checking in and they couldn’t have been more helpful. great breakfast options. fabulous food. the room was very comfortable and had great space. saw a few reviews referring to train noises my answer to that is what do you expect when staying in the heart of Krakow! We will definitely be staying here again!

An excellent variety of fresh food to choose from. Staff were very helpful and when asked about the availability of Poached Eggs the staff member went away and came back with Poached Eggs on toast. Delicious !!

This was a very comfy hotel in a very convenient location. We were with a group of friends, varying dietary requirements all catered for with the fantastic breakfasts. Would definitely return when we revisit Krakow.

Brilliantly central- under 10 minute walk to the market square and 20 minute walk to the station. Overlooking the park and a short stroll to the castle
