Their availability must be confirmed by the hotel.Payments made in PLN are calculated according to the daily fixed hotel's exchange rate applicable on the day of departure. Late check-out until 18:00 – EUR 20Guest requiring a VAT invoice should provide the necessary details. If not, the invoice will be issued using the details of the person booking the apartments.The guests' credit card must be valid for the entire stay. Guests are required to show the credit card used for the booking upon check-in. In case the card was not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the money charged from the card used to make the booking will be refunded.Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange for third party billing.The pool is closed on Tuesday from 11:00 to 13:00.The sauna is closed on Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It was great! Breakfast was good, room was good, with fridge as we asked, hangers for our coats. Spa facilities were great! Steam room really good though a bit too forceful, and thankfully spa was not too busy at least the times when we were there so we were able to enjoy it everyday!

Amazing hotel clean and comfortable about a 10 minute bolt to the main square or a 30 minute walk if you don't mind walking, pool good and an amazing view from it Would definitely stay here again

Breakfast was incredible! An enormous variety of food for every taste, pefect customer service. The pool, sauna and Jacuzzi area on the top floor were very enjoyable. The staff was responsive, helpful and cordial. Nice size room and comfortable beds.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options and was included in the stay, which was a great bonus. The room was clean and adequately sized for 1-2 people, though it felt a bit small. However, the amenities for the shower were very limited—only shampoo was provided. Essential items like a shower cap, toothpaste, and slippers were not available. As for the pool, it was a bit dirty and not very deep, with a depth of only 1.2 meters. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was enjoyable, and I would consider staying here again.

Staff were fantastic, and were able to sort out any issue we had. Lovely rooms, great spa facilities, and fantastic buffet at breakfast. Can’t fault it, and would like to thank the staff. Everything prepared by the chefs were also absolutely delicious!
