Really nice location and room are quite good, also i just would like to thank the girl in the reception with the dark short hair. I didn’t get her name but she was extremely nice and helpful and super professional, i stayed in many hotels around the world she is one of if not the best receptionist i have ever met. The only downside is the breakfast can have a few more options, it felt very basic.

Lovely art deco hotel in the Old Town of Krakow. Conveniently located to explore the city. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of sweet & savory including local treats. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff was very kind & helpful.

The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The breakfast every morning was great and cooked fresh. The location is absolutely perfect for seeing the old town and further south too, only a short walk to the main bus station and to tram stops. We lovely being just off the main square as it was a bit quieter - I am sure we will be back.

A wonderful place to stay. It is in the very centre, next to Rynek Glowny. The hotel also provided us with a parking place in the parking lot some 500 metres away for a discounted price. The staff very kind and helpful.

The location was amazing, a mere 3 minuet walk into the main market square. Staff were brilliant and room was far better than expected considering the affordable price.
