Clean small studio very well located and very central. When reading the reviews, we got a bit scared about the noise but it was ok actually. We didn’t see anyone as it’s a self check in/ check out and it was quite easy to get in. The only negative thing is that the pillows were very soft. I think it would be great to leave a few more in the cupboard. They also only left us 2 pods of coffee (nespresso, which is nice but for 3 nights it was not enough. Also it’s quite difficult to find those pods in the grocery store). Last thing is that there was not enough shampoo (a little bit left) and we had to use the hand gel to have a shower.

The location couldn’t have been any better and the entry code system worked very well. The breakfast was provided at the Wyndham Hotel across the road and it was fantastic with an amazing selection of very nice food.

The location was incredible, it couldn’t have been better. The apartment was really spacious and modern and lovely and warm after running in from the cold weather.

Everything was perfect. 2 very comfortable double beds, good lighting, excellent communication with the staff, key ode entry so no need for "check in", nice big bright bathroom and a warm carpeted floor which is rare in Poland but lovely in the winter

The reception staff at the Unicus Hotel we're friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. We'd arrived 4hrs before room check-in, but were able to leave our bags there and recharge our phones whilst we chilled taking first glimpses of the city square, etc. And the buffet breakfast at the Wyndham Hotel was excellent i.e. cereals, fruit, yoghurt, English and Continental breakfasts, smoked fish and cheeses, cakes, breads, juices, tea and coffee.

We loved our stay here in Krakow, wish we stayed longer than one night. The beds very comfortable and a good shower. Our smoke alarm was beeping and someone came and fixed it right away.
