Very clean, staff were so nice and helpful in any way. Bed was comfortable and room was big, bathroom and shower were big too and all modern.

Hotel was in a great location and rooms spotless and comfortable unfortunatley first impressions are paramount upon arrival we were greeted by a not so friendly receptionist who bluntly told us your rooms are not ready and you will have to come back at 3pm this we had expected but a smile would have been nice and we had to ask if we could leave our cases while we went exploring,bar also had very limited opening times and we were refused drinks on several occasions.I would stay at this hotel again due to location and cleanliness but think the reception staff could do with retraining on how to be welcoming to paying guests.

The hotel was in a great local. Warm welcome when we arrived. the room was on the top floor there was everything we needed to make are stay comfortable.
