The communication with the accommodation and their assistance is very good. I think the location was quite good. It wasn’t far from the old city center, and the accommodation was situated right next to the old Jewish quarter. The tram stop is right next to the accommodation. The Vistula River is just a few dozen meters away on foot. A few small foods within a radius of tens of metres. The price-to-room amenities ratio is adequate. There is a paid guarded parking lot just a few meters from the accommodation, costing 70 PLN per 24h.

this spot is wonderful, there is no lift so if you require accessibility it may not be for you. the rooms are spacious, clean, nice finishes. the owner is very responsive. All sorts of shops and restaurants near by and very close to the river which is gorgeous!

We arrived to the main bed not being made. I realized when making the bed that the mattress was dirty with hair and mucus. This put me off and made me fearful of what else I’d find! Extremely loud with traffic outside and the tram all night.good location, and the staff was helpful but only available by phone or email

Very clean and cozy room in a center of Krakow. Everything was close and price for the apartment is more than alright. Owner responed swiftly to my messages and there was no problem with chek-in.

Good local location to the old town only a 10/15 minute walk. Overall the bedroom was clean & there were facilities such as a fridge, pots/ pans and plates ect.
