I mean it is exactly as it is advertised. A beautiful designer hotel mixing old and new styles into a wonderful hotel to stay at. Whether as a treat or to class up your stay, it was everything and more than I could hope for. The level of professionalism was exceptional, even if a bit intimidating at first for my countryside sensibilities. Greeted, offered immediate service, drink, and shown to room. In the room we were welcomed by complimentary drinks and snack as well as an absolutely gorgeous room. Breakfast was worth every penny and a must for anyone booking stay here! Fiorentina is one of the best restaurants in Kraków and possibly the best I've ever had the pleasure of eating at.

Breakfast was fab but short on staff. Fresh orange juice at breakfast finished but hotel should have offered something else.. tomato juice ? apple juice? Bedrooms were lovely and perfect location. Staff very helpful

This place is exquisite. Tastefully decorated. Clean and comfortable . Wonderful cuisine. And breakfast staff - very kind, polite and helpful. Wonderful people. Not forgetting about the reception staff- very helpful, very cheerful. There was nothing to fault.

-The restaurant attached to the hotel, Fiorentina. It’s incredible. The food is top notch. Would highly recommend going there for your first night. -The proximity to the city centre it’s so close to the market square. -The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely. -The hotel room itself is very spacious. -Complimentary treats to eat in the room after your day in krakow to enjoy in the evening. -Extensive mini bar a lot of drinks to choose from. -It’s a small boutique hotel that has a lot to offer. -Its beautifully designed with eccentric interiors. -Airport transfers were organised by the property which makes it hassle free.
