Beautiful spacious room very close to city center (around 800 meters from the center plaza and 500 from the park). The bathroom was also pretty large with a well insulated shower. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. And a supermarket was on the same street. The staff were very nice and helpfull with information ☺️ So everything was great 🥰

Love the location, was so easy to get to everywhere. Not to close to the centre but not far away for walking. The room was clean and comfortable, well aerated and roomy. Staff were lovely when we checked in (this was the only time we had contact with them) and were very helpful. They were very kind and let us check in early as well, which was so helpful.

The room was good, as the hotel is a bit old in building, the floor squeaks extremely loud and continuously. It needs to be replaced or repaired asap. The room size was fine, washroom was good and spacious, but the lighting could be improved in the room and TV could be a bit bigger.

It is a very nice "Kosmopolita rooms and apartments" hotel located in the downtown area of Krakow. We spent one night with my sister on our way to Europe and were happy with the room, service, breakfast, and location. The staff is really very kind, professional and helpful. The instructions on how to enter the hotel after 20.00 were also very clear and useful.
