The cleanliness of the hotel and room was impeccable. Possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities were modern, well maintained and met every expectation. I’d highly recommend any couple visiting Krakow to stay in this hotel and me and my partner are eager to return.

I liked the hot tub, room has 2 tv's which is nice- one in front of the hot tub (but it was damaged in my case- line through the screen), the room was ok, not too big, not too small; the room we stayed in had kind of broken bed? I mean wasn't really broken broken but the back was lose- had to push it to the window so its straight, the matters is comfy tho memory foam I think. GREAT breakfast- very tasty. Good location, nice stuff- the lady helped us with the AC remote as it wasn't working and she was very nice about it.

Loved the friendly helpful staff, they couldn’t do enough for you including booking taxis, lovely breakfast delivered to room on time scheduled and location was easy to navigate around walking distance of main attractions and in reach of cafes, bakery, restaurants, shops tram availability if needed

The property was very unique with old structures but a very modern room. Very secure , excellent location for walking to the square. The bedroom was well equipped with everything you could imagine. Everything was well explained.
