Lovely hotel, comfortable and cosy. Locared in the Jewish area. Public transportation and easy and cheap to take bolt. Good breakfast and you can ask for a special made

The location is decent, with a tram stop right at the hotel's entrance that provides direct access to Krakow’s main square and city center. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The jacuzzi and sauna are free to use, but you need to book a time slot in advance, especially during busy periods like Christmas.

Our stay was fantastic. Hotel in nice location away from old town crowds, and still convenient to the Jewish quarter. Bed was so comfy, and room was very quiet, always spotless. Great monetary value too, especially given the time of year. I would like to take this opportunity to give thanks to all staff, from reception to cleaners. They did an amazing job, went above and beyond for us in their duties. They made this probably the best hotel we've ever stayed at.

Located about 15 minute walk from the main square in Krakow and 5 minute walk near the Jewish Quarter where there is lots of nice restaurants. Also Tram station right outside hotel if you prefer to use it rather than walking. Bar facility was nice and cosy to have a few drinks. Room was nice and comfortable with LED lamps for that extra cosy effect.

Hotel in centre of all attractions easy to walk to.bars and restaurants all round area with cheap drink and food where the tourist areas a bit more.When going back we definitely be staying here again

The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff help with everything you need. There is a water bar on the floor. I recommend this hotel. The location is central. A tram stops below the hotel.
