Lovely hotel close to the main square and all amenities. Comfortable, clean rooms. Staff are very kind and helpful. We often visit Krakow and will definitely stay at this hotel again

Very close to everywhere for the old town of krakow and all shops nearby Hotel was immaculate and all facilities were on point.

I liked the central position of the hotel very close to the old city. I also greatly appreciated the behaviour of the staff. They were all very helpful and polite. I would like to praise in particular the young lady at the reception, Edyta who was very very helpful and nice.

Hotel is in a great position for the city, close to every main attraction. The room was warm and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Very nice place for a lovely city as Krakow is!

The hotel was lovely, the rooms are bit huge but you get everything you need. The staff were so friendly and helpful, I’d recommend the hotel on how good they were alone. But there’s lots to like about this hotel.
