Lovely hotel, lovely hotel throughout. Our room was great and better than the pictures lead you to believe. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great, as the main square is 1 minutes walk away. Breakfast had a variety of food and plenty of space and food. Again staff were helpful and you can order freshly made foods in addition to the buffet.

Top-quality hotel in every aspect. The rooms are beautifully designed, with elegant decor and superbly comfortable (complementary nespresso for early mornings was much appreciated). What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff — every single person we interacted with was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and efficient. Their service was flawless throughout our stay. The location is also unbeatable, right in the heart of Kraków Old Town, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in perfect central location. Very comfortable, tasty breakfast and very friendly staff. Despite some issues with air conditioning, the say was very pleasant. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel was in a good location short walk to the main square. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily and restocked with towels and refreshments. Lots of choice for breakfast and free tea and coffee in the early evening.

Amazing location, very short walking distance to the main square in Krakow, and also within walking distance of most of the main attractions. The room was well equipped and the bed was super comfortable! Also tried the breakfast, which was very good as well. Totally recommend for a trip to Krakow!
