Firstly, the hotel smells beautiful when you walk in, it's the first thing that I noticed.. the building is well kept and very beautiful, especially in the reception. When I opened the door I was really taken aback by our room, it was such a beautiful space, and big. Our room was very spacious, clean, and all I can say is stunning, the walls, ceiling, floors... just a dream room for me. The beds were very comfortable and there was extra seating with a sofa and chair.

Great location next to the fascinating Dominican cathedral. Small boutique hotel with original olde worlde feel and lots of historical touches. Fantastic, friendly, helpful, multi lingual reception staff Modern bathroom with good shower stall Black Duck restaurant behind the hotel was excellent

Great location. The rooms were really large with helpful extras (shoeshine, shoehorn, lint remover etc) and had a comfortable seating area. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Very adequate breakfast with the added bonus of Prosecco.

the location!!! when you open on the door you are a 2-5 min stroll to many of the sights and restaurants. It is also the street which has the main road for the tram and taxis to the airport. the 24hr reception is also great- we had a late check-in - and we could leave our bags there before having to leave later in the evening for our return flight. The staff were super friendly and thoughtful with recommendations.

The location of the hotel to the old town centre was great, a few minutes walk and you are in the old square (which is beutiful).

Everything, the location was exceptional the hotel was immaculate- couldn’t fault it at all - the only thing if anything was one of the two rooms was at the front and it was rather noisy at night times with the passing traffic (thank goodness they provided ear plugs)
