Location was perfect to get around the city and a bonus you could walk back to the hotel anytime. The breakfast selection was very good and catered for all different nationalities. Our room was beautiful and the decor outstanding.

We always use this hotel due to staff, comfort, cleanliness and location. Its a few minutes stroll to the main square. Very close to Maccys for a cheeky snack. The huge shopping centre...well worth a visit with its designer shops and great food hall located on the first floor are a 5 minute walk from this hotel. So its close enough to all the action, yet away from late night revellers. The breakfast is great, buffet style with hot options. The small bar is open in the evening. Drinks a reasonable price....but dont order a Hennessy XO double!! It came in at £60. My own fault for not checking prices and my lack of expertise in the Cognac section is limited! I took it to my room and enjoyed every sip with my Big Mac! If you are looking for modern, cutting edge design then not the place for you. If you want comfortable beds, big squishy pillows and dont mind the odd chap in armour gazing from you on the wall, then you will enjoy your stay.

Thoughtful details, like high-quality toiletries, a fully stocked minibar, and a pillow menu, elevated the experience. Dining: The dining options were phenomenal. Whether I was enjoying a gourmet meal at the fine-dining restaurant or savoring a casual breakfast, the quality and presentation of the food were impeccable. The variety catered to all tastes, and the staff’s knowledge of the menu and wine pairings added a sophisticated touch. Amenities: The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The spa was a serene oasis with skilled therapists and luxurious treatments. The infinity pool and fitness center were top-notch, offering stunning views and state-of-the-art equipment. I was particularly impressed by the concierge service, which went above and beyond to arrange transportation and provide personalized recommendations for local attractions. Location is brilliant, it is almost off the beaten track just inside the Old Town Wall, but strangely within a few minutes walk of everything you need like Bars, Restaurants etc. Room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast has a good selection and is worth pre-booking. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional and get a 10* rating. Hotel has a nice restaurant and bar area. There is also a downstairs Lounge to relax with friends.

Highly recommend. I stayed in Royal Suite and absolutely amazing. Location is a great, stylish hotel, very clean, friendly staff, cleanliness, breakfast delicious.

Comfortable bed. Clean and good shower pressure with excellent heating to dry washed clothes in the bathroom. Close to the station so easy to walk and conveniently in the Old Town so close to attractions. Really well priced

The room was fantastic. Really good value. Beautifully quiet considering its location in the old town. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
