Staff was really polite and helpful. We were leaving at 3:30am and receptionist offered us take away breakfast which i have never experienced before. If I ever visit krakow again I will be staying there. Very highly recommended 👌

Lovely hotel in an excellent location! Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, less than 5mins walk from Wawelem Castle. Super-friendly throughout including Reception, Rooftop Bar, Breakfast service and Housekeeping staff. Very reasonable room rate and genuinely happy with stay overall. Room and bathroom spotless and cleaned daily.. Only disappointment was breakfast. Very busy, so tables are a bit too close together. Coffee pretty average.Only one 2 slot toaster ( domestic use) so constant queue for both coffee and toast. Only frankfurter sausages, baked beans and scrambled eggs as hot food choices. There were crepes, but these were served cold.Fresh fruit was pre-prepared slices of apple, orange, banana and grapefruit. Minimal cereal options. Large variety of cold savoury breakfast food options though.

Everything was good. No complaints whatsoever.location excellent, close to old town. Staff and service first class. Bart the manager takes an interest in ensuring the guests are happy also .Lovely spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel with spectacular views of castle and river. rooftop bar and restaurant is lovely and quality of the food in the hotel very good. Our room was lovely.

Excellent location in Krakow, right opposite the Wawel Castle, overlooking Vistua River and within a short walking distnance to the Old Town and Market Squre. Helfpful staff, nice room and very good breaekfast. I would recommend the hotel for visitors to Krakow.

The Hotel is in a perfect location for all the sights. We had a lovely view of the river from our room. We stayed on the 3rd floor. No noise of doors banging or shouting in the corridors. Great choice & quality of Breakfast. We also ate in the Sky Lounge again lovely food. The Staff are all 5* very friendly & polite. They helped us book trips and taxis when required. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you Pod Wawelem :-)
