Despite on some poor facilities everything is clean and strong. Stuff is very friendly. Large free parking is exceptional bonus for Krakow. We’ve liked it

The advantages of the hotel are its location near the road if you travel by car and free parking. There is a fridge in the room. It's OK for one night.

Staff friendly. Woman on reception was really helpful upon arrival when I needed some advice on navigating Krakow. Also, the location is not that bad.

We traveled with a father-in-law and Major Hotel supposed to be transition point to the main destination. Lena, who is an administrator, was friend and kind. She helped us with accommodation and any incoming requests. Kate, who is a chief, cooked us a delicious breakfast and recommended the best time for having tasty meal. Natasha, who is a cleaning manager, kept the room clean and fresh.
