In the case of non-returnable reservations - if within 48 hours of making the reservation the NIP number is not sent to us, the given credit card will be charged and we will issue a receipt, later it will not be possible to exchange it for an invoice.When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 50 PLN per pet, per night applies.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly, the location of the hotel is great only a short walk from the old town and railway connections. It was also very quiet.

Although the decor and furniture was a little dated in the bedroom itself, the bathroom was modern and well fitted, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the dining room for breakfast was a lovely, bright and modern room. Breakfast was wholesome with a good choice. Being able to leave luggage for a later flight was a bonus! Staff were lovely and friendly and happy to help.

The Hotel is very nice with a great breakfast and a very good location. We arrived early and asked for the left luggage which they offer but since the room was ready he just gave us the room which we really appreciated.

Breakfast and location excellent. Plenty of trams passing a corner away from the hotel. Mini-market just opposite the hotel and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity as well. Staff was amazing; we sent them a msg that no towels were available and the receptionist brought them immediately. Amazing service.
