The fine print
When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies may apply.Guests who wish to receive an invoice for their stay are kindly requested to provide the information needed for the invoice during or directly after booking. After 01/01/2020 it will not be possible to receive an invoice at a later date.
In the case of non-refundable reservations - if the tax identification number is not sent to the property within 48 hours of making the reservation, the credit card will be charged and a receipt will be issued, it will not be able to be exchanged for an invoice later.
When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of PLN 50 per pet, per night applies.

If you want a hotel in the Jewish quarter you couldnt do better. Room was fine and web connection good and easy. The staff were really helpful and pleasant.. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment.

Great value for money in a fine location in the Jewish quarter. Easy to find free parking on the street, and most attractions are walkable. The room was quite old fashioned, not the greatest facility but good enough for us.

Excellent hotel, nice, cosy and very clean. Great breakfast as well. Situated in the Jewish Qtr which is a great area, 15 min walk to Old town. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great place.

Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Hotel was very central, only around 15 minutes walk to the old town. The staff were friendly, hotel room was spacious and very clean with a lovely warm shower. Excellent value for money, we would stay again if we return to Krakow.

Perfect location, everything is so close and you can go everywhere on foot. Very clean amd spacious room. Breakfast with many options. Great temperature inside, really warm.
