It was very nice hotel very clean good location, the staff were very nice helpful, the reciption staff were very nice helpful try to make your stay happy, thank you AGNIESZKA FOR YOUR kindness and very helpful for everyone she try to do the best she can , love the hotel amazing staff, sure I will be back to this hotel,THANK YOU JAN HOTEL .

Everything was fine. the hotel is in the city center, perfectly close to key locations. It was a little bit loud, and you could hear neighbors or people walking in the corridor, but in general, the place was good. We stayed for 1 night and it was fine for us.

Great breakfast and coffee, good variety of fruits, comfortable bed. Good location – main square is a few steps away, Wawel castle is 5–10 minutes away on foot.
