The staff were definitely amazing. The breakfast was delicious and everything was carefully taker care of. The room was nice. The aesthetics of the hotel made us feel like living in the old times again.

This is one of the best properties i have ever stayed. The rooms felt like 19th century palace. The reception staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was top notch and made to order. The old town n all the manor sites were within walking distance. If anyone asks me were to stay in krakow this is my go to place

Beautiful property, tastefully restored, our room was reasonably comfortable, if a little bit on the small side - but the charm of the property, the friendly staff and great location more than made up for it.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, fantastic food with stunning presentation. Complimentary champagne on arrival went down a treat! The staff spoke fantastic English and were super helpful. A few minutes walk and you are right in the square, superb location and all in all a wonderful stay in Krakow!

The hotel is very elegant and has very comfortable rooms. It has an imposing hall and staircase.The set menu for lunch was very tasty and inexpensive.
