Hotel was lovely and spotless clean. Our room was a great size, for 2 adults and a teenager, we stayed in a junior suite. It was very comfortable and spacious for us all. There's also complimentary tea/coffee water and selection of baked treats available all day. The hotel is very close to the old town 5min walk max. Not far to go for good restaurants and bars, and shops. The square was beautiful to visit. The hotel is only 20/25mins walking distance to Schlinders factory. There is a hop on hop off bus stop about 5mins from the hotel. The staff were very helpful, lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfast was great, plenty to chose from. We had a tour of Auschwitz & Birkenau booked for one of the days and our pick up time was 6.30am, we had asked the staff at the hotel if they could possibly make us a packed lunch as we couldn't make breakfast. It was no trouble at all and we were sent off with our packed lunch which was fab, there was plenty for us, sandwiches, fruit, drinks, yogurts, sweet treat, and a lovely wee note saying enjoy your day, it was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Krakow.

The room was a great size with a super comfortable bed. There was a good amount of storage. The room overlooked a nice quiet street and was really close to the main square. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, it was all delicious.

This hotel was lovely in all respects.very clean central location and a great breakfast. The reception staff were so courteous and charming even gave us a little gift of 2 apples wrapped beautifully to take away with us.Special thanks to Olivia on reception who greeted us with a lovely smile whenever we appeared .

Room was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with simple good quality furniture and tasteful decor. Helpful friendly staff who spoke good English and gave useful information about where to find traditional Polish food. Great location, an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay here again.
