Breakfast; They offer traditional salads with mayonnaise, marinated fish, cold cuts and cheeses, orange and apple juices, coffee, tea and also some sweet pastry and cakes. Staff; They were helpful and nice. Bathroom: The toilet flushed properly and there was always running hot water available. The shower cabin did not leak. It was quite big and cosy. Room: It was big enough. The beds were properly big. It was quiet and it was warm.

It is conviently located near tram lines that take you to the center of the city. Overall it was clean.

This was a great winter trip because the hotel provided great heating in the room. The breakfast was fabulous. The location was well connected by a tram with the city center. I recommend a visit to Zakrzówek Park, which is close to the hotel. For the price paid, what we received back was a great quality/price ratio.

Comfortable, spacious room with equipped with kettle tea and coffee; no plastic water bottles; all was in good order. Breakfast was correct. Easy tram connection to the Old Town and Kazimierz.

Actually - two different stays in time period of les than a week. Parking at arrival - good, readiness to meet our wishes was really great (we asked for early check in on second stop) + nice contact on lost and found personal item was just super.

I booked my reservation including breakfast and what really impressed me was that they serve fresh cinnamon and fresh cloves on the tea table which I love it for my tea and coffee too!

Good value for money Hotel is old, the furniture and the bathroom looks really old, but looks very clean The position is very good near the tram station lots of trams to different directions Breakfast was nice, pretty much options
