Rooms were warm and comfortable. Location is in the heart of the Jewish district of Kazimierz and only a 20 minute walk to the Old Town Square. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The location was good for local bars and restaurants with plenty of choice of cuisine, it was about a 20 minute walk to get to the city centre, the breakfast choice was good, the rooms were nice and warm. The staff were all very helpful.

Hotel in a good location in the Kazimiriez area. Overall good value for the money. The staff is very friendly and at your service. The interior of the hotel needs a bit of renovation, it is an old building that has its own charm. If you are looking for a new modern hotel, look elsewhere.
