There is nothing that I could fault about the hotel, from arrival to departure!! Staff were friendly! Breakfast was of ample choice!! I would definitely stay again xx

Modern hotel in Krakow city center. Free parking. Shops and market, restaurant are located near hotel. Hotel is clean, modern and quiet.

Batory hotel was lovely very friendly staff room was nice and clean breakfast was great too would definitely recommend this hotel we went for the Christmas market and it was set in the right location only 10 min walk everyone is so friendly.

Breakfast was good and super selection of different options. We could park right outside the hotel, and let the car sit there on the day of checkout several hours more, which was helpful.

Breakfast was ok but same three hot dishes every morning for 5 mornings, scrambled eggs, hotdog sausages and boiled eggs. Would of liked at least one change. Bread was lovely. Need a bigger or more toasters as only one two sliced device for everyone in the restaurant to use. Liked the cakes. Staff, well when we arrived we used the taxi that they booked for me which was more than double the price of an Uber so we cancelled the return and ordered an Uber so much cheaper. I felt very annoyed and the receptionist was not very friendly and didn't seem to care. In our room of 3 single beds which I would say was nice and clean and good bathroom. We realised on entering the room we had only had been given 1 flat pillow each. I went down to reception and asked for 1 more pillow each and she said " We don't have any more pillows" not sorry or I'm afraid we don't which I can't believe as our friends in another room had 2 each. She didn't even look. So we had to sleep on our first night without. My daughter is asthmatic and did not sleep well at all. The next morning I asked a different receptionist on shift and she said" yes we can do that for you" which was a pleasant surprise after the night before.
