Very nice people work here, friendly staff. You can reserve a parking space on the phone before making a reservation, pretty good breakfasts. Old building but not too far away from the old city center

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and kind—almost too kind! They went out of their way to accommodate us, even preparing lunchboxes for us since we had to leave early before breakfast started. One morning, we accidentally came down to the breakfast area 30 minutes before the official start time. Instead of telling us we were too early, the staff member hurried to get everything ready for us. We almost felt sorry for him because he was so eager to help! The room was also good, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great as well—situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance of Krakow’s city center. Overall, a fantastic experience, especially thanks to the incredibly kind staff.

We liked the room, and the place, because it is really close to the center (around 15-20 minutes walking). The breakfast is good. The stuff was nice.

The staff were really good, did everything they could to help us after an issue with our excursions booked through the hotel. Friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was cheap and plentiful. Hotel had obviously just been done up because the aesthetics were all good.
