Very friendly staff, they changed our booking in the last minute without any further charge. The room was big and the location was perfect and 100% safe, just in the centre of old town. Keep in mind that the breakfast is standard but they can also serve a vegetarian version of it.

Very central location, excellent price. Staff friendly and polite. Bed was very comfortable! We booked an apartment, the rooms were huge and we had the bonus of 2 toilets. The breakfast was not to our palates but was very generous and well presented.

Super location, 5 min from main square. Lovely decorated rooms have the hotel a great personality. Love the traditional feel. Spacious rooms. We had a main room with double and single and a separate room with a double. Plenty of floor space. Huge bathroom. Breakfast- continental plus some hot egs/ sausage. More than enough. Delicious fresh bread. 24 hour reception much appreciated as we arrived late (02.00). I’d stay here again!

I had an advance request to check-in one hour early and the hotel was kind enough to have my room ready without any extra charges. I’m really really thankful for that! This hotel has made my stay at Kraków really memorable! It firstly was easy to reach. Room was really clean, had good quilt, towels, kettle, tea bag, cup, bottled water, wardrobe with hangers, small fridge, heater, toiletries, hair dryer, mirror, perfect closed shower, towel rail heater and interior decoration. The room also had chair and TV which I haven’t used much. It was warm and welcoming, has overall positive vibes, location was absolutely perfect in the center with walkable distance to many of the city tourist spots. Morning breakfast was good, and, coffee and tea was available any time of the day. Staff have been all the time responsive and friendly :) At every breakfast morning, I have seen staff clearing up used dishes quite quickly, maintaining clean atmosphere for the next persons. Totally exceeded my expectations of what I spent for my stay :)
