Great hotel in a centre of Krakow. Clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast. Beds were comfortable, but most importantly the staff was excellent - very friendly and attentive. There were no issues checking in earlier as the room was ready. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect! It was clean (daily cleanup, towels change etc), excellent breakfast, located exactly in the center.
