I loved the room. I stayed in the one with 2 beds but I had the room to myself. Great having a kettle, with teabags in the room. The en suite bathroom was exceptional. Very clean, lovely shower, hot water and there was a lovely touch of having cotton buds and feminine hygiene supplied too. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. The security seemed very good. There were locks and codes on every door. I didn't use any of the facilities outside of the bedroom, eg fridge etc. I would definitely stay there again. Also great location, very close to the Old Town.

The location of the property is really good ~ close to Kraków’s Old Town. The staff were quick to respond when there was an issue with the shower leaking. The beds were clean, which is good, but not very comfortable. The kitchen facilities were good.

The room was clean and nice. I appreciated the features especially for girls in the bathroom. The host could be more responsive but I eventually got the answers I needed.

Rooms were big and clean and beds were really comfortable. It was nice they provided a towel, soap and shampoo. Everything was electronic and easy to get in.
