The property were super helpful on the run up to our trip, it was my partners birthday and they were happy to arrange happy bday balloons, banners and a cake for our arrival which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and just what we needed, even had a washing machine

Was close to the city centre and the staff were really friendly. We forgot our chargers and the lady at reception let us borrow hers.

The property was in a fantastic location, however the room was slightly uncomfortable for 4 adults (all family not couples) and this wasn’t shown in the booking description of this room that we were allocated. Staff were not so welcoming, however we would stay again we would just like a bigger room with separate beds so 4 adults are not sharing.
