Despite turning up a good bit early, we had access to our room. The room was a good size, clean and warm. It also had a kettle, tea and coffee, 2 bottles of water, a fridge, and a safe. Some may not like the fact that our window looked out onto a high cemetery wall, but we were out all day, and the curtains were closed at night, so we didn't miss any view. Staff couldn't have been more helpful despite and went out of their way to help when we encountered an issue in no way whatsoever connected to the hotel. We had declined breakfast, so cannot comment on this.

absolutely loved this hotel and would highly recommend. located in the heart of Kazimezh , 15-20 min by foot from the old city 5 minutes by tram. very rich and tasty breakfast , warm atmosphere ,very clean, exceptionally helpful staff. highly recommended!

Location in Jewish district is great..about a 20min. walk to old town. Good base to explore many different attractions.

The room was spacious and they were able to add an extra bed on request. The location was good. Close to several public transport and attractions. Option of having breakfast in the morning. Good selection for breakfast. The setup of the room for breakfast was lovely. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were friendly.
