Thank you for being excellent hosts. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was superb and the rooms were just what we needed. There were improvements being made to the stairs whilst we were there but this didn’t affect our stay.

This accommodation is in a quiet street very close to the central areas of Krakow. The room was large enough, clean and comfortable, although the furnishing was rather basic -- just a bed, table and two chairs, and a wardrobe. The checking in went super smoothly and the receptionist accommodated our request to arrive early and leave our luggage in the room.

The staff are amazing, you can ask anything about the city or for recommendations of any kind and they go out of their way to help as best as they can! Rooms look just like the photos on booking, everything is clean and comfortable. The hotel is a 6-minute walk to the start of the city center. I really had the best experience and would recommend it to anyone who is going to Krakow.

The apartment is quite spacious; it appears smaller in the photos than it actually is, especially the kitchen. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk to the Main Market Square. At the same time, it is situated in a very quiet area, allowing for peaceful nights with open windows. The heating, cleanliness, and bathroom and kitchen amenities left only positive impressions. The sofa in the kitchen was also surprisingly comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen was stocked with tea, ground coffee, sugar, and dishwasher tablets. Trash was taken out daily, and there were periodic cleanings of the apartment with towel replacements. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. In terms of value for money, the apartment is outstanding.

The staff are absolutely great. They were so helpful, loaned me an adapter, were very patient giving me directions and trying to fix my phone. The room was basic but very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, the lady doing the breakfast was so welcoming. The location is great, a quick 10 min walk to old town. I would definitely stay here again
