Perfect place to visit Krakow in posh way. Everything is detailed and stay is just easy to enjoy it. 5 stars is not enough compare with London or Paris.

The breakfast was served until 11am. There was an excellent choice of wonderful food and drink and lots of it. The restaurant was a relaxing and beautiful place to enjoy a lovely dinner served by a helpful and caring waiter who also advised us on our last day's activities, much appreciated.

Luxurious rooms with top quality materials, super clean and comfortable mattress and pillows. The spa area with the heated pool and sauna also top class. Location is very convenient.

The location was perfect, an easy walk to the old town. The Hotel was cosy, warm and welcoming after being out in the cold.
