Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless, with impeccably clean rooms and common areas. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and easy to access. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Highly recommend.

Everyone was friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet. The water bottle for hot, cold and sparkling water was a nice touch!

Location is very good, next to the railway main station Glowny. Breakfast is plenty and diverse. Staff is young and friendly. Bed is cozy and room is clean. Great stay in Krakow.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is not far from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very polite. The breakfasts are delicious, you can choose what you want)

Great location, just outside the city walls and near the train's main station. Great services. We swapped breakfast for a lunch box when we needed to wake up very early in the morning.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were friendly welcomed by the girl at the reception. Explained everything very well and was very friendly! When we came to our room (we had a room for 3 people) we saw that the traintracks were just next to the windows.. at first we weren't happy with it, but we had to give it a night to really see if it would affect our nightrest. (This didn't affected our nightrest at all, so nothing to worry about!) Our first morning we went to Auschwitz which meant that we had to wake up at 4.30 AM. We asked the reception to take a lunch with us from the hotel and is was everything we needed! (So if you go on a daytrip, make sure to reserve your lunch!) The hotel lobby/bar isn't that big, but very cozy! The staff was always very friendly and there's enought choice. The cocktails are so good and cheap! (Make sure to try the Cheeky Monkey!) The breakfast is small but everything you want/need is there. The location of the hotel is also very good! So long story short: if you go to Krakau, stay here. Friendly, good location, good breakfast, very comfy beds and modern! Also a big thank you for giving me the recipe for the Cheeky Monkey!!

We did not have breakfast as we had to leave early. The room was spacious and reception was super efficient. We ordered food from outside and reception was very helpful in the matter. Also received a voucher for a 10% discount at a restaurant.

It is welcoming. The location perfect. Staff helpful. A pack for lunch is given to me as i left very early for a tour. Thx gor that. Breakfast was very good.
