We rented 2 apartments, one for 10 people and another for 3 people. The 10-person apartment was lovely, big and spacious, and had a lovely feel to it. Kitchen was okay, bit small for 10 people but had most of what you would need. Location is very good, only a 3 minute walk from the centre!

- the room is large, comfortable and warm - kitchen with everything you need - there is a great option to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out - located in the center within walking distance of many interesting locations

lovely hotel right in the center of krakow, just 1 min walk to the main square. check in was fantastic! we arrived early but our room was ready so we could put our luggage in our room and relax for an hour before going out and discovering krakow. everyone on reception was extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast was always very nice and delivered to our room on time every time! i'm sure we’ll visit the beautiful city of krakow again one day and would definitley stay here again if available! great hotel and a great city!

very convient location for the main square. staff were very helpful. would organise taxis and trips if required. requested a low level floor due to taking elderly members of the family with us and gave us a ground floor apartment.
