I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Fantastic location, wonderful staff, lovely breakfast. I highly recommend it to anybody visiting Krakow.

There was a lot to choose from in breakfast. The room was clear. The staff was positive and welcoming. There is an opportunity for hotel guests to leave luggage free of charge while waiting for the room. Location is perfect, really close to everything.

Breakfast is very good. Location is very good. Kazimierz area is full of bars, cafeteria and restaurants. Small hotel but we liked it. It has a main entrance and annex, that looks like the entrance to appartments

It was close to the old town and the castle, around 15 minutes. Also the hotel is in the old jewish quarter and there are a lot of restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. Life in the neighborhood is very vibrant. The staff was super helpful with information, invoice, storing our luggage and answering any question we had.

Lovely staff,really helpful. Nice clean room it's really quiet by night so you can sleep well. Amazing breakfast fresh coffee loads of different food choices.
