We like beautiful flat, clean rooms, bathrooms , clean bed sheets, pillows and blanket. Host was helpful and tried to make our stay comfortable. Ofcourse the location overlooking the beach was icing on the cake.

Best place to stay in Kozhikode. A very clean and well maintained apartment is offered. It's totally worth it. One thing that did not meet my expectations was the water in the pool. Light greenish color, may contain algae. Other than that, absolutely awesome 😎.
