The room was comfortable although a little tired. The staff in the bar by the pool were very friendly and courteous and Godfrey tried to be very helpful

Room was comfortable and clean . However bathroom are smaller and without handrails for elderly and this caused some concerns about possible slips on wet floors. Air conditioning worked well unlike some hotels I recently stayed at. Breakfast was sumptuous and varied with great tasting special toffee and tea, Kerala style. There was a possible security lapse when someone with a keys was seen trying to enter our room whilst people were inside the room . We reported this to reception but did not receive further information or explanation.

There was a number of wedding events, exhibition festivals etc which all contributed to there being quite a noisy environment. Also being near the beach constant barking from a number of dogs throughout the night.

Good location but by no means this is a 5 star hotel. Room was nice, basic bathroom. Food was ok, mainly local Free wifi

Location away from Kovalam beach area. The staff were friendly, attentive and eager to please. Good breakfast choices. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Didn't really like my room, it wasn't what I asked for. If the room I wanted was more expensive, then they should have just said, and I would of paid for it. But I really enjoyed my time there and am going back in 8 days' time. I have found out he class of room I wanted and have booked it.
