Please note that a total of 5 or more rooms, booked through one/several online and voice channels irrespective of the no. of room/s booked at the same hotel and/or when they are booked, either in the name of one guest and/or several individual names and for stays overlapping on at least one common date, shall be considered as group travel, and shall be treated in contravention to the hotel’s policy of distributing rates through online and voice channels for individual stays only. Such reservations, whenever identified prior to check-in, will be treated as null and void and will be cancelled instantly, without any prior intimation. Alternatively, such bookings identified post check-in, will be charged additionally on check-out as per the decision of the hotel management and the additional charge will be binding on the travelers. The location was just spectacular. The staff were very professional, accommodating and provided great level of care and assistance during our stay .You definitely pay a premium price and the product and service that you receive simply reflects this . The staff in particular were super amazing .The cultural dance performance was an icing on the cake

Great location..impeccable property..spic and span..the staff left no stone unturned to make us feel comfortable..a big shout out to Kannan..the duty manager.. at the Reception..Puneet & Karan Shetty..in F&B..Sriram at the room service..and all other staff members..for their warm hospitality And services.. Overall a cool wholesome holiday with the family..

Staff was exceptionally polite and caring. They were courteous and very helpful. Property is clean and well located. Maintenance is well managed. Food is good and also as far as possible prepared to your taste, if demanded.

The location and landscaping can not be better. Food is awesome. The restaurants are all impressive with delicious dishes, and courteous & quick waiters. The staff takes extra care for everyone. Yoga instructor was very skill-full. The Ayurvedic spa massage was worth the money.

Comfortable Club room with nice balcony overlooking the sea. Quiet and peaceful at the Club pool. Private beach area. Plenty of buggies to take you to and from various facilities. The complimentary afternoon tea for club guests was very nice.

The hotel is beautiful, a really lovely mix of traditional luxury but in a comfortable way, everyone was very friendly, food was delicious and the pools and beach were great.

Good property and facilities. We stayed in the club section of the hotel and the service and attention from the floor manager / butler service was excellent and we were able to make spa and dinner reservations easily.
