Perfect location meters from the beach. Lovely new property well maintained and very comfortable and well positioned as we wanted a beach holiday. We also had access to beach equipment which was appreciated. Lovely helpful hosts were always available. The beach is sandy and safe, perfect for families.... we loved it.

I liked that it was very close to Kotronas beach, we got out of the yard and the beach was right there. The place has got clean amd comfortable rooms and a very nice garden around the house. Also 2 tavernas very close to location. Very nice view in the evening. Parking available in the courtyard.

The location of the building is just perfect, it is right next to a sandy bathing beach in an indescribably beautiful bay. As you can see in the pictures, the building is very well-maintained and a flourishing and well-kept yard adds to the magical atmosphere. Within a minute's walk there is a tavern where we did not eat and an excellent cafe with a welcoming staff. The highlight is the host Dimitris and his dear wife that were perfect hosts and took care of all the requests we had that very day. We recommend (must!) visit alipa beach which is nearby and the city of Areopoli which is half an hour away, where there is a lively pedestrian street and good restaurants, we were also on a boat tour in diros cave, an impressive stalactite cave and it was really nice.

The hosts are so warm and nice! Everyday we got a little extra - an ice-cream, or the kids got fruit juices... The location has amazing views and is placed in the perfect spot of Kotronas. We got recommendations for beaches around and they were all excellent. The place is comfortable, we didn't have to turn on the air conditioning and it is just the right size for a family of 2 + 2.
