It's a fully furnished apartment inside old town . Very pretty and comfortable and we got a private gated parking . Rara was amazing host , very helpful and friendly , who took time and explained about all landmarks . Apartment is on first floor so not much worry carrying luggage over stairs.

Rara is an exceptional host—welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. The apartment is in a perfect location, impeccably clean, warm, and very secure. Situated right within the castle, all the charming cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away. Thanks to Rara’s wonderful recommendations, we discovered some truly amazing places. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything. We are deeply grateful and will definitely return again!

First of all, the property has a great location, inside the Kotor old town. I recommend it to those who will come here. It has a decoration where you can experience the texture of kotor. We would also like to express our thanks to the owner of the facility, Mr. Rara. He's a very caring polite person and he's very helpful not only about the facility, but also about the city. Fantastic location in the old town, but that also can make it slightly noisy, despite the double glazed windows. Rara is an excellent host who is very keen that you get the best of your stay in Kotor with suggestions for where you go and what you can do

I advise everyone this accommodation - simply SUPER! A wonderful owner - Rara - Radovan (Slavic soul), who met us at the parking lot, outside the Old Town of KOTOR. He arranged to leave the car in a reliable and safe place outside the Old Town (the Old Town with a car is simply impossible to enter by car, physically!), only 300 m from the room where we spend the night. The room is located in a building from the XV-XVI century, but it has all the comforts of the XXI century: extremely fast Internet, WiFi with a speed of over 100 Mbps! (usually in hotels WiFi is slow and rarely reaches 15-20 Mbps), TV, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, clean bathroom, all accessories... we liked everything! The most interesting thing is: you leave the door of the building and find yourself in the wonderful setting of the buildings of the XI-XVII century, you can walk through the narrow streets of Old Kotor, have dinner in old restaurants with delicious dishes, enjoy all this beauty ... And as soon as you feel tired - after 5 minutes you are in your room, you can take a warm shower and rest. This is the advantage of renting a room in the Old Town - you don't need a car, bus, taxi... to go out and walk around, and to come home and rest, and again - within walking distance of the Old Town of Kotor. .. Rara (Radovan) organized a wonderful excursion for us - a 3-hour water Rodeo in the Bay of Kotor with a visit to the island with the Catholic Church, to the artificial island with the Orthodox Church, a trip to the caves of the Blue Lagoon, entering one of the water hangars for hiding of German submarines in the Bay of Kotor, built in World War II, 1942, exiting the Gulf - to Adriatic Sea. And all this at a speed of 20-24mph, with jumping over the waves, with turns, with a boat managed by a super experienced captain, with whom we feeld relaxed and confident at all times! I recommend this excursion to anyone! You will collect excellent emotions and excellent memories! Thank you...
