“Best place to stay in Kotor at a decent price but good conditions”

Super location,few meters from beautiful promenade alongside Kotor bay and only 2,5 kms from very busy Kotor old town center. Nice,small beaches every few hundred meters. High mountains around. Extremely nice host Dubravka,famous Kotor journalist,poet,painter and her beautiful private,old apartment. I felt there as living with my family in a private home,not in a guest house.

Dubravka and Ana are amazing and very kind people, contact was very good, comfortable room and amazing view through the Kotor Boka Bay. We really recommend and Hvala lijepo for our stay

Amazing location, 2 minutes from the beach, 30 min from Kotor, 45 from bus station but you walk next to the sea and its a calm path with almost no cars (great in the evening) Great host Dubi who was super nice and hospitable Nice big room with the balcony and sea view

The hostess was so lovely and accommodating, beautiful garden for breakfast and nice and cool room as well as a small beach/pier 30 seconds from the door. What more could you ask for?

It is not just a room in a guesthouse, it is like visiting your favorite aunt. Dobravka is an angel: warm, big heart and positive person. Love you Dobravka!!

What can I say? Dubi is possibly the most wonderful host that you’ll ever meet! She’s full of positive energy and staying with her was a real experience! Not only was she super welcoming and easy to talk to, but she took the best care of me when I was sick. The room was clean and comfortable and the walk into town was absolutely breathtaking! I’m so glad I stayed out of the centre at Dubi’s house as I would’ve missed out on those special conversations and spectacular views.
