The big balcony and the view, the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. We had a private beach right in front of our apartment and the housekeeper provided us a free parking space about 15 mins away from the house.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Promenade Rose with an amazing view. The view from the apartment was breathtaking and truly made our stay unforgettable. The landlady Ceca was the soul of the place and made sure that our stay was super comfortable. Her hospitality and attention to detail truly made a difference. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay with a fantastic view.

The views are just next level. Epically in the evening watching the sunset between the mountains. The private beach is perfect for quick access to the water! Super close to super market and a number of bars and restaurants in a short walking distance. So really was the perfect location to unwind! However, main thing for us was how amazing our host was Ceca. We unfortunately don’t speak Montenegrin, however that was not a problem. Ceca was so accommodating throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, we were leaving for tivat on our last day and she even walked us to the bus stop so we we would pay €4 instead of paying €70+ for a taxi! If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate!

The view was amazing and the owner of the house was very polite and helpful. You can easily go to places where you can swim. The are a lot of restaurants near by and old town is also near. Especially we recommend 305 room.

The place is as it is shown in pictures. Danijel was very helpful. She doesn't understand english but when you are a good host, language isnt a barrier. Location is lovely but a tad away from old town. But the 30 mins walk is so picturesque.
