It smelled so good, our towels were changed every day, it was very kind of them to offer wine. They helped by giving us a map. And Anastacia and her son who said hello to us every time we entered and exited were the source of joy of the hotel. The location of the hotel was great.

The location is great, on a quiet side street, right beside the beach area and short walk to the old city. Very nice owners, lovely to deal with and very welcoming. The room was spotless and well maintained. Nicely run family hotel and overall great value.

The location is awesome. That's close to the Kotor beach and 15 mins to Kotor old city. The bus stop to other cities also in 10 mins walk. Nearby there are 2 good groceries. The staff was also friendly and very helpful.

Quiet, clean and nice to have a separate seating area with a view over the harbour. Only 10 minutes walk from the hustle and the bustle of the old town. Olga was wonderful for her assistance and big smiles.

This was located along the coast in Dobrota and about 10/15 min walk from the old town. Conveniently located for bars/restaurants along the coastline which is very relaxing and no loud bouncy bars! Due to flights delays, communicating with Olga was great which was reassuring. Comfortable beds and we were in room 7 which had a balcony overlooking the bay.

The room is spaciaus and clean. Have a wonderful balcony. If You like running or walking near the shore, this house is a good choice.

Vila Panonija was perfect for us, the room was comfortable and we had a sitting area and a small fridge, also a small balcony with table and chairs. There was a welcome bottle of local wine in the room on our arrival. Anastasia was very helpful and welcoming and provided us with a map of the immediate area and instructions to get to the old town and the nearest supermarket. Panonija is only a ten minute walk from the old town of Kotor, and there are restaurants within one minute of the apartment. It was quiet at night.
