The location is great, right on the street that goes along the beach. It's some 40 minutes walk to Kotor and the walkway is by the sea the entire time, so we didn't have to use our car (which is a huge plus in this area considering the traffic and parking situation). There are private parking spaces in front of the house, which is a big plus. A small beach is literally just across the road. The apartment was not that big, but perfectly comfortable. The kitchen space is shared with other rooms. There's a really nice balcony overlooking the bay, which is where we spent most of our time when in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Great hosts, location is amazing. Away from the busy Kotor but easy to get into. Bus stop is right outside to get to Kotor or Piran. Beach access over the road to the bay.

The family business has a very safe and peaceful environment. You wake up to an extraordinary view. The hosts are kind and caring. For quiet romantic meetings, you should prefer spring and autumn. There was a small divider on our balcony with other guests. I will go again in the summer to swim in the sea.

Everything about the place was amazing - the hosts, the room, the location. All the necessary things (stores, restaurants) are 2 minutes away, while you can have a dip anytime you want from the pier right next to the property. Would definitely recommend the place to anyone and will consider visiting again.

Great location with breathtaking views over the bay or kotor; also has a bit of a pier where you can enjoy the water Finally the hosts were absolutely fantastic and invited us a few times to come to their place and have drinks with them Really loved it!!

We came for relaxation and relaxation we got. Wonderful family-run guesthouse with direct water access. Highly recommend to take them up on their offer of a home-cooked dinner on the balcony. The freshly caught fish for 15 EUR was delicious and the price unbeatable. The entire family made us feel very welcome, sharing a glass of wine and some freshly caught oysters by the water. Thank you Dobrivoje, we'll spread the word!
