The views, good air conditioning, WiFi, bed comfort in largest bedroom, location although the steps are steep for elderly. Availability of office. Use of an iron.

…wonderful staff, who allowed us to check in early on our arrival by car from Albania. The apartment location and our ocean views were lovely and the property is easy to find from the Dare to Dream office. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable and although small, we had 2 bedrooms and enough space for two friends for four days. I think two couples or a small family would be very comfortable here if they didn’t plan on doing a lot of meal preparation, as the kitchen is probably more suitable for a single or one couple occupancy. The apartment was also quiet, well soundproofed and thus, peaceful. The neighbour’s noise, which was evident in the hallways, did not transfer through to the property. The office staff are extremely welcoming, kind and helpful and Dan, who captained the boat for our 3 hour tour of Kotor Bay arranged through Dare to Dream, was amazing. He handled the boat solo and was extremely diplomatic towards two of the other passengers, who were decidedly unpleasant! I would highly recommend the boat tour, which gives one an entirely different view of the coastline than driving it by car will. Iva’s Sea View apartment was a great holiday experience and I would not hesitate to recommend it for a stay in Kotor!

The apartment is immaculately decorated and furnished very tastefully. The balcony has the best views and it was absolutely the best part of the apartment!! We loved sitting out there to eat breakfast and in the evening with a glass of wine! At first maybe we thought that the location wasn't the best but actually it is probably better to stay here than in the old town.. there is a lovely beach very nearby (although you have to pay as it belongs to a hotel) but there are a few little places you could sit by the water for free round here too and there is a lovely path you can walk down all the way to the old town if you like with bars and restaurants and a shop a stone's throw from the apartment. It is quicker to get a taxi however and the apartment hosts can help you with this. We very much enjoyed the luxury of a bedroom each and my mum loved having a sauna every morning!
