Great location, the sea is literally at a 2 min walk. The bay area is great, the apartments had private parking as well.

This exceptional apartment has everything tourists need for comfortable and longer stay in gorgeous Prčanj ( Kotor area ). It's located less than 100 meters from the beach and what is very important - the road leding from the beach to the house is wide and not steep as it is often the case in Boka Bay, but it's almost flat. The apartment is very spacious, air-conditioned, well equipped with big comfortable bed and additional sofa, spacious bathroom, huge kitchen with all necessary utensils and pots. The property has beautiful garden in front of the apartment where each apartment has its own designated table with parasol and wonderful view toward the mountains and the greenery. The owner is very kind, professional and generous. It was such a great pleasure to stay in this marvellous accommodation and without any hesitation I would recommend this apartment for enjoyable longer stay because it's super comfortable,.has tremendous garden, it is close to the beach and the hosts are very friendly people.
