Everything, if we could mark it higher we would. We travel a fair bit and this is possibly the best we’ve ever stayed at, meaning the luxury feel to the apartment, price, it’s spotless and the view is just wow. Anja and Vana where so welcoming on arrival and had more then enough supplies for us ie Wine, water, fresh fruit, chocolates, cheese, ham I could go on. So on top of everything else the hosts go far above and beyond of what’s expected and accommodated us when our flight got unexpectedly cancelled coming home. I’m sure we will be back in the future :)

The hosts welcomed us and we were surprised and thankful for all of the nice touches such as a bowl full of fruit, water, wine, chocolates, coffee, tea, biscuits, pasta, local meats and cheese, plus all of the cleaning materials that we could possibly need. The apartment is very well refurbished and is modern with good furnishings. The view is amazing and there is a large terrace. The pool is nearby. If you book this you won't be disappointed.

Had a fantastic stay here - it was a ground floor flat, but still had amazing views from the balcony out to Kotor Bay (and in fact, made it easier to go back and forth from the pool area!). So clean and modern. Plenty of space in the apartment for two people, and although the air-con unit was only in the lounge/kitchen area, it was cold enough to come through to the bedroom. All the facilities we needed (and more) were provided in the flat - plenty of extra towels/hand towels, washing machine and cleaning products, drying rack outside, all kitchen utensils, and even basic cooking ingredients. There was also some local meat, cheeses and wine left for us on arrival, which we loved and could enjoy on the balcony straight after arriving. Host was also excellent - always on hand to answer any questions over Whatsapp before and during our stay, both about the flat itself and the surrounding area (and was very understanding when we temporarily locked ourselves out!). Pool area also had fantastic views, and plenty of loungers in the shade or the sun (which dipped behind the mountains around 4pm). Walk to Kotor Old Town was around 25-30 mins, but there was a bakery and small grocery store about 10 mins away, and a supermarket about 20 mins away (all in the direction of town). During the day, traffic was sometimes so bad that walking would have been quicker than a taxi anyway! Also there were some boat companies by the bakery which also do the Blue Cave 3 hour tours - booking with one of these would mean departing from there, so saving you a 30 min walk to town where most of them head off. There was also a bicycle rental place opposite the supermarket - we rented these for €10 for 24 hours, which allowed us to cycle up the Muo side of the bay to Prcanj and beyond - lots of good restaurants and swimming spots up that side. All together, lovely apartment and area - did not want to leave!

Exceeded expectations! These apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and love put into the place is evident throughout. The host deserves special praise for creating such a welcoming environment. From essential amenities to thoughtful touches, nothing was overlooked. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kotor.

Really clean. Beautifully laid out and decorated. Lovely arrival pack of meats and cheese and wine. Really nice complex with friendly people. Plus a little resident tortoise and kitten. 🐈⬛ We had a car so could get around Kotor. Around a mile to walk to old town which was perfect. Bakery on the way and also lovely wine bar restaurant.

It is a super clean, tidy and newly renovated one bedroom apartment. You can find whatever you expect from house. Great Location, you have all Kotor Bay, old town and the fortress wall view from balcony. The first chill out choice. 5 stars for host Anja and her mother Zana, 2 amazing ladies. helpful, warm-hearted, flexible as well.
