- the hotel is located right in the Old Town of Kotor in an ancient historical building; - very friendly and welcoming staff who are happy to meet you; - delicious nutritious breakfast; - the hotel is clean.

Great location in Old Town , next door to Old Town pub and various night life , spoilt for options when ot comes for dining a walk away , very helpful hotel staff and waitron staff , great breakfast , rooftop dining for dinner also a great choice and only a taxi ride away to great beaches like Bianca Beach Club . Hotel around the corner from the Blue Cave , Lady of the Rock expression offices .

Wonderful staff. Really good food - especially the breakfasts! Great location right in the centre of the old town. So glad we chose this for our trip to Montenegro.

We had booked a double room, but my husband wanted to smoke, so we asked for a room with a balcony. The staff helped us with this and we were lucky to get the suite which was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was really nice - we had a montenegro breakfast with cheese pie and some of the local stuff. Right in the middle of the city center, a lot of restaurants and cats.

Excellent location and lovely room. Added extra bonus of a lovely roof top terrace for evening drinks looking out over the spectacular mountains (I think also you could have dinner out there, although we did not). Great time had.

I am going to start by saying that I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. The room was super clean and the food was exceptional. The hotel probably has the best rooftop in old town, which makes dining experience memorable. The view of the fortress from the rooftop is stunning. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to everyone visiting Kotor.
