The location was perfect as the views were out of this world. The photos were like for like to what you actually get and the host was so so helpful. I would 100% recommend this location if you want peace and quiet and am happy with the walk to town 👍😁

5 meters from the front door to the beach (all be it a small one). 45 minutes walk to the old town. Nice to sit out the front and watch the world go by. Our host was available 24/7 and offered some really good advice.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with a separate bedroom and a big bathroom. There was coffee and cold mineral water in the kitchen. We loved that the apartment is located right next to the sea with an own jetty and sunbeds! No better thing than to go for a swim in the sea right after waking up! It is perfectly located, quiet but there’s a grocery store and several restaurants nearby. Jovica was very kind and explained us everything upon arrival. I wish we could stay longer! We’ll definitely choose Ponta again when travelling to Kotor bay! Hvala!

The apartment is located right in front of the bay with a private sit out. We really enjoyed our stay at this place, and the host was nice. We stayed for only one night but wish to stay longer here and highly recommend this place.

Incredible location, well equipped spacious apartment with more facilities than you need , kind and helpful host. Let me park my rented scooter in the garage when a storm came , give me his personal parking space when I had a rented car ! Above and beyond. Local shops 2 minute walk , access to bay 30 seconds down the steps or immediate if you have one of the 2 front apartments

The accommodation was excellent. The apartment was located on the courtyard side of the property, with a terrace and a small garden. It was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee and relax in the shade and quiet. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay; the cleanliness was impeccable, towels were regularly changed, and the bed was comfortable. A store is located 50 meters from the property. Parking is provided, and the beach and pier across from the property offer a fantastic view of the bay. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else.
