Vlado was waiting for us on arrival and had arranged our taxi transfer, who waited very patiently even though security and baggage reclaim was slow. He showed us round the apartment, which was very well equipped and spotless. He spent time explaining walks and restaurants in the area and a lovely touch, his wife called in with homemade cake and wine. Definitely recommend. Had a very pleasant stay.

Absolutely perfect all round Hosts very friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you and lots if really nice touches. A lovely apartment in a great position just 5 minutes walk from the old city and parking on site Extremely well appointed and comfortable, I loved the area and will be back, hopefully staying here again

Beautiful modern apartment with all the facilities needed and very spacious. Lovely balcony that is well furnished and great for outside dining. What really made this stay wonderful was the hospitality of the hosts - warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They checked in at regular intervals & nothing was too much trouble. We'd happily stay at Los Olivias again - it made for a perfect Kotor holiday.

Excellent location a few minutes walk from the old town. Parking available within the premises. Extremely helpful and responsive host. For eg. Coffee machine had a fault and it was immediately replaced. Very clean apartment. Spacious for a couple. All utensils available in the kitchen. Air condition in the living area and bedroom. Balcony with nice views. Property maintained at a very high standard. I definitely recommend this place.

Easy to find with parking on site. The owner lives on site so accessing was easy. Detailed explanation about the apartment and local things to do. The apartment is compact but well equipped and spotlessly clean with a lovely balcony. Plenty of tea and coffee plus welcoming beer and wine. Short walk downhill into the old town but obviously a bit uphill coming back. We're mid-late sixties and found it relatively easy.

Vlado and Petriša are the most wonderful hosts with a gorgeous apartment. The bed and linen were divine. The shower was spacious, with both an overhead rain head and a normal shower head. The balcony had a lovely view. The apartment was away from the old town and therefore had a quieter feel.

The apartment is lovely, light, and spotless, and the view from the terrace is stunning. It works very well for friends travelling together, the sofa bed is very comfortable. Location is great, a 5 minute or so walk into the old town. Vlado, our host, was fantastic! Easy to contact, friendly, charming, and so helpful. I highly recommend this property.

The location is fantastic, 10 min walk into the old town and 5 mins from the small beach. Vlado is the perfect host who can’t do enough for you and makes sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
